Please just make sure you have discussed with your line manager so they are aware and able to support you with your career goals.


We would also ask that you have been in your current role at least *12 months before looking to move on again. This is to ensure you have been able to absorb any initial training and demonstrate some progress within that first year, and also to help with stability within the team.


*There may be occasions where this is not possible (e.g. restructure or site closure) but we would just ask that any applications under 12m service are sense checked with your line manager.

Sniffing out new opportunities?...

Our new store opening plan will offer internal colleagues lots of opportunities for career progression.


As we open new stores, we would love to be able to promote or transfer people with all that 'Jollyes' experience, wanting a fresh challenge, and to develop their skills moving from Sales Assistant, to Supervisor, to Deputy Manager, to Store Manager and onwards to Multi-Site support.


There are also opportunities to transfer sideways in terms of job title, but maybe move to a bigger store or into a support role which will challenge your skills in a new way.


Our support colleagues will also benefit from the opportunities our expansion creates, meaning new challenges as we scale up, perhaps new systems, new ways of working to facilitate our growth and continue giving our retail colleagues the support needed to delight our customers.

Our 'refer a friend' programme pays out £150 once the referred person passes probation. You just need to make sure you've referred them at the time of their application as we can't back-date claims. Scan the QR code on the poster to make a referral!
